As well as the emphasis on quality design and workmanship, the ethos behind our products has been to ensure that staff are fairly treated and a fair price is paid. El Alto has been formed as a partnership of Bolivian mountaineers, Bolivian tailors, British based designers and outdoor enthusiasts.
